"Wasn't informed when you stay for more than one night your room wasn't cleaned nor were you furnished new towels, wash clothes, etc. unless you made a request for same at the office. The people staying in the room next to ours spent most of the time in their car smoking. Didn't know their was a hundred dollar room deposit upon checking in. The guest should be informed of these things up front and not find out after the fact. After saying all these I would stay a Moterl 6 again."

"Let me start by saying how impressed we were with this Super 8 Motel's plumbing system. It is a rare thing for a budget Motel to have both excellent water pressure AND temperature control. If you closed your eyes while in the shoower, you could almost imagine a much more luxurous hotel. But this Arcata Super 8 is a budget stop in every other regard and is not pretending to be anything else. I respect that solid decision to keep it real.
