"It was a 5 day business stay from abroad. It is hard to get around without a taxi or bike. Uber is available but the wait time varies from 15-25 minutes. I had dinner at their restaurant twice. The dinner was great but the service is below average. I found the place to be a bit expensive. The rooms and views were great. I asked for electric kettle to drink hot water but they did not provide and suggested to use Nespresso Coffee Machine which is a bummer. "

"This hotel is terrible. It desperately needs renovation and refurbishment. My room was disgusting. Horrible decor and furnishings from the ‘80s (I’m not joking), stains on the carpet, dirty shower. You sense dirt. Communal areas are dirty, bland and soulless. The pool area was cold, smelly and unappealing. If I wasn’t so tired on arrival, I’d have walked out. Staff were very unwelcoming.
