"Such a gem! This little house in the mountains is so cool. The pool, the view, the cinematic living room... it all combined for a wonderful family stay. The kids loved the pool and the parents loved the calmness of the surroundings. Totally recommended!"

"The house is beautifully located and the views from the terrace are stunning. It is a small but very lovely stone house with all the necessary comfort and with a lot of charme. The very steep road to get there and the narrow entrance to the parking space required some getting used to, but after a few days this was not worth a thought anymore (but we were happy to have a mini SUV...). We were very pleased and would come back again anytime."

"The entire building smelled musty, which persisted despite intensive ventilation until our departure.The wooden chopping boards in the kitchen were already moldy.The two upstairs bedrooms are in an attic, which cannot be considered a full living space because you can only move around in the room in a stooped position.The m2 specification of the residential property is greatly exaggerated.Overall, it is poorly furnished with mismatched pieces of furniture.Outside, some of the floor lighting was...

"This place was amazing! Friendly staff, good food, proper drinks, clean room, everything. The only downside is that you cannot get drinks that are not on their menu, but that's okay they have a variety of options that were wonderful."

"A very nice place to stay as a base whilst visiting around the beautiful island. Its not far from Funchal by BOLT taxi service and close to airport too, so not difficult to travel to the main centre."
