"The room is compact and basic. There is a door in the floor below that is constantly open and shut through the evening and started again at 5.30am this causes the building infrastructure and bed to vibrate and make a noise similar to weights being drops from a height! Very hard to sleep! Great location and ok for a 1 night. Goat kitchen adjacent for bar drinks and food in the town. Use church carpark for parking free 8pm to 8am so you need to buy a ticket AM if hanging around simple easy...

"Lovely location very near the beach and within a 20-30 minute walk into the main city centre, pier etc. The room itself was clean, a little compact with two beds but plenty of space for luggage etc. nice to have a sink in the room and the toilets/bathrooms were on multiple floors. Generally clean and tidy although several times we went to the bathrooms with blocked toilets and/or no toilet paper which wasn’t great. "The area is superb, plenty to see and do and Brighton is less than an hour away by car. Rob and Emma went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The cottage was gorgeous, very comfortable and clean. Couldn't be happier with a bank holiday stay and would go back in a heartbeat."
