"The grounds were absolutely beautiful. There were so many choices for swimming. We had the private thermal pool which was amazinig after a long hike or early in the morning to help wake up. The rooms are not huge but were big enough for a couple. The breakfast buffet was well staffed with lots of food choices. Will stay again!!"

"We loved the gardens and jungle trail around the hotel. Birds paradise. In addition to a regular pool, hot springs pools were very convenient too. The shower is a bit dated but overall clean and served its purpose. The breakfast was filling and tasty: scrambled eggs, white bread, cheese, rice and beans, sauteed veggies, fruits, yogurt, cereal, coffee. The personnel was polite and patient with all our questions. The view of volcano adds to the overall great impression. "
