"We received a text from Stefano a couple hours before our arrival with directions and letting us know we could arrive anytime. He met us at the house and did a very good job showing us the property and giving instructions on a few things. He also gave us dining and touring recommendations that all turned out to be great. The house is very old not in a bad way in a cool way. Everything worked and it was very clean. We were able to walk to a different restaurant 5 nights in a row and there were plenty we missed. Arezzo is close to a lot of attractions so we were busy for 5 days.I would recommend this property to anyone seeking Tuscan charm.Thank you Stefano"

"A very centrally located little gem! We only stayed one night - and booked rather late. The owners really went out of their eay to make sure we were comfortable. And we were: the bed was great, wifi was easy to log in to; shower was nice and warm. We highly recommend."

"This friendly little hotel is one floor of an apartment building. Easy to miss, no big sign out front but go by the address number and find the hotel name on the buzzer.Easy walk to trains and all the shops, restaurants and historic sites. Basic double room with twin beds and clean private bathroom. Continental breakfast has many choices including fresh pastries, yogurt ham and cheese. We had a nice little balcony with a view over city to hills. Affordable, simple B&B run by nice people. "

"Room was cozy, easy access, free parking and very friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was good. We had late night arrival and leafy early. Only thing in negative side was the fetter pillows. First time ever in my hotel night, me being allergic, wish I did have a choice. "

"I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I arrived early and just expected to drop my bags, but they checked me in early and got me to the room. It was spacious, very much in style of the historic area, yet had lots of outlets for easy computer use and phone charging. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect--easy to get to from the train station and then to explore Arezzo and their wonderful museums and churches. A lovely time, and I will definitely stay here again when staying in Arezzo. Only negative--I couldn't figure out the rather complex shower! But it looks like it would be a great one."
