Every staff member I encountered was warm, courteous, and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Speaking of dining, the culinary offerings at Llao Llao are exceptional. "The hotel was in a perfect part of town, it was well managed and well maintained, the gym and pool were wonderful, the breakfast was quite good, and the rooms were kept clean and in good shape.
