"Nach einer herzlichen Begrüßung durch die Gastgeberin haben wir ein paar entspannte Tage verbracht. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich für uns schon einmal keiner Erfrischungen. Obwohl wir nur 4 Nächte blieben, gab es einen Handtuchtausch nach 2 Tagen. Total überrascht hat uns aber der selbstgebackene Kuchen der für uns bereit stand. "Gemischt.Sehr gut: Zentrale Lage, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Siena, Cortona, Arezzo Pienza). Gepflegt, schöner Pool. Antonio ist die gute Seele des Hauses, freundlich, hilfsbereit und scheinbar immer fröhlich.Gut: Ausstattung des Hauses (wir haben im kleineren Poggiolino) gewohnt.Nicht gut: Zentrale Lage, direkt an einer wichtigen Regionalstraße. Also Ruhe in den Hügeln der Toskana hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt... Und:Im Schlafzimmer (UG) war es sehr warm (bei hohen Außentemperaturen)....

"The rooms were clean. We had 2 suites and I thought I was getting a view but we did not get the view side which was disappointing. Because now the room was very dark if the shades are pulled . If they are open anyone can look in. Almost no outlets to plug in devices for charging. The breakfast area was new and beautiful with wonderful views. Loved it !! Parking you have to walk. But I did know that ahead of time. The town was charming."

"The hotel was absolutely stunning! Our room was spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very informative throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, and there was no better way to start the day than with an espresso while enjoying the beautiful view. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again."

"While the property itself is beautiful, our overall experience was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standard we expected. From the moment we arrived, we encountered multiple issues that were handled poorly by management and staff. Our initial room had no functioning air conditioning, making it uncomfortable and unusable. We were initially told the hotel was fully booked, yet we were eventually moved to another room after considerable discussion. This was particularly frustrating given that we had even offered to pay for an upgraded room. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the way my wife was treated. When she respectfully raised concerns regarding several issues we experienced, members of the staff responded dismissively and, at times, appeared to laugh at her concerns rather than address them professionally. No guest should ever be made to feel ignored or ridiculed when raising legitimate issues. To make matters worse, hotel staff damaged my wife’s luggage during our stay. Management acknowledged the issue and repeatedly assured us that they would resolve it and make things right. However, after we checked out, those assurances turned into delays, excuses, and ultimately a complete lack of communication. Despite multiple commitments to address the matter, management stopped responding altogether. We booked this property expecting a memorable and exceptional experience for a special occasion. Unfortunately, it was terrible and staff underwhelming."

"Nice boutique hotel. Very clean and spacious. I liked the hotel, its location and the staff. Andrea was very friendly and helpful. One of the reasons I still give 10 star review because of him and other front desk guys who were very friendly and nice. I loved the room and how it was spacious and clean. I loved the outdoor patio. I wish there were coffee machine and free water in the room as they are provided in mist 4 star hotels… for the guests convenience. Also the breakfast was ok, comparing with other restaurants in town where very delicious breakfast was served… but I still liked the hotel and recommend it."
