She truly embodies the spirit of five-star service. A special thank you as well to Adel, the Chief Concierge, whose deep knowledge, generosity, and kindness made our experience even more memorable. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, local tips, or last-minute arrangements, Adel handled everything with elegance and efficiency. The entire team at the Mövenpick made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay.
