"We had such an amazing stay at this VRBO! The house was spacious, super clean, well maintained, and perfect for our group. There were 13 of us and it still felt huge! The pool and outdoor area were definitely a highlight, we spent so much time out there and loved every second of it.The kitchen was also incredible and had everything we needed to cook meals comfortably during our stay, which made things so easy. The second fridge in the garage was also helpful to have! Stacy was an absolutely wonderful host from start to finish… extremely communicative, helpful, and thoughtful throughout the entire process from booking to checkout.Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and seamless stay!"

"Property was in the process of closing down the following week for a rebranding effort. It was in need of basic maintenance/repair, "breakfast" was marginal, carbo rich lacking any protein. Front desk personnel were mostly unfriendly and unhelpful. Expedia needs to do better due diligence before listing properties."

"We booked this house for a corporate retreat, and could not have asked for more. Scottsdale in April is always beautiful and this home only added to the beauty. Sufficient beds and baths to give each guest privacy, but plenty of community space to allow for time together. The outdoor space is definitely the highlight of the home. Outdoor kitchen and dining, massive sliding glass doors, loungers, an outdoor bar with sound system, and all of the water features- pool, hot tub, waterfall, lazy river- all make for the best stay.We cannot wait to return!"

"The hot tub was broke and did t work. That was a big feature we were looking for. The window shades/blinds are pathetic. The one room has big holes in its blinds. None of the blinds blocked the window sun."
