"Maintenance kid was the best thing there. He helped set up TV which still was old and didn’t work well. Front desk check in girl almost rude. Toilet seat was broken, small bathroom with limited towels. Worst of all was when I pulled the comforter back next morning there were stains.would not return! "

"The house was clean and the amenities were great. Only issue was the pool wasn’t as warm as I would have thought since we did pay for a heated pool. We had 4 couples and had a fantastic time! House was close to restaurants in Scottsdale and a short drive to Old Town!"

Initially, I was denied such a refund, but just receive a personal/kind reply from the Westin, and they are providing a full refund. It was very much appreciated."
