"Wonderful stay for 4 nights! The property is located east of Downtown Phoenix, and there's not much immediately surrounding the hotel. However, it is close to the action! The property is a bit on the older side but still very clean and well kept. My room had clean linens, and the shower was clean (not grimy or rusting). They have a window AC in each room, so if you're sensitive to sound, it could be distracting while sleeping, but otherwise it's white noise. There's daily free hot breakfast,...
