Security will make up the rules as they see fit and decide where the smoking sections are. Front desk person was like a zombie and when I asked if our room had a view, she said “yeah”… we had a view of the loading dock, and a loud HVAC unit right next to the room. We’ve stayed here for three years in a row now, but this may be the last. Hidden resort fees that pop up after you’re stay as well. Well, maybe not hidden, but doesn’t really sit well after you just spent a few few thousand on it. "

"This is my 3rd stay here. I stay for the view and view only. The view is 10/10! The staff is not great, not super friendly. I was told when we checked in that there was complimentary breakfast. There was not. The guy working the coffee bar charges me for brown sugar for my latte but then told me when I asked for more because it tasted like there was none he said oh sorry it’s at the condiment bar and what he was referring to was raw sugar not brown sugar, but he insisted it was brown sugar. It is not it is just raw sugar. The rooms are SUPER out dated. The beds are hard and if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. The gap at the bottom of the door is so big. You can hear everything in the hallway. They view is the best part of this place. They charged me for a “ resort “ fee but there were no resort amenities available at the time that I went so I’m not sure why they’re charging a resort fee if there are no resort amenities. Stay at your own risk . It’s called a resort but it’s not a resort "

"The staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. Our first room was very old and the capet was stained and in terrible condition the screen was hanging off of the slider to the balcony and the security latch to the door fell off. There were phones in the room but they weren’t plugged into anything so I had to drive over to the lobby for help changing rooms. Another issue was the extensive noise from workers and leaf blowers and construction from surrounding properties. It was not a peaceful stay at all!"
