"Terrible service. They did not have any extra sheets, blankets, or pillows. My kids alept on the pull out sofa bed woth no sheets or pillows. The staff sais they would bring some on two different occasions, yet they never showed up. To top it off, the next day at the water park they didn't have any towels either. I will never go back again."

"This was my third or fourth time staying there, which says pretty much that it is a good place to stay. Unfortunately, I ended up paying over $300 per night due to Spring Training games going on and prices being hiked to the point of insult. That was the only thing I was upset about with this stay. It's not worth near that price per room and it just felt wrong to be a victim of gauging due to high bookings and such. In any case, I enjoyed my stay. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. My only complaints would be the lame water pressure in the shower, and yes, I understand water restriction saves water but if I spend twice as much time trying to wash off soap and shampoo due to that, is it really saving water?? I will definitely look to stay again as it's only about 10 minutes or so from my mom's house, so it can be convenient. Not ever again for what I paid though. I thought it was also a disappointment that I seem they offer senior citizen prices that did nothing to really ease the cost. Twin Peaks and other restaurants and bars are all nearby as well, which is a plus. Parking lot is convenient and you can park in the two-floor garage area with parking pass, when necessary."

"The room and the grounds were wonderful. We had one of the cottages for an overnight. The refrigerator did not work and we noticed it too late thus our food was spoiled. The ac in the front part of the cottage did not work. After i informed mgmt at checkout they said they will look into it. "

"The sign in the room says they have spare toiletries available, but when you call the front desk, they tell them it’s not available and send you to a gas station. The water in the hotel was lukewarm at best and I asked about it and they said they had issues with hot water and Plumbing. "
