"Rooms were cleaned later in the day, allowing you to sleep in without interruptions. The cleaning staff was very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The spa was accessible, but the hot tub was cold. They have a good variety of fitness classes. I highly recommend attending Yoga with Lauren. The Zumba class ended up being fun, but the instructor seemed to be in a bad mood at the start of the class. I was almost discouraged from going to the class because of this non-welcoming aura. However, all the other spa staff were very accommodating and sincere. The pool area is really nice. They have music playing, volleyball nets, a slide, lazy pool and two sizeable pools. Be aware that the poolside bar closes early (5pm at the time of my stay) on Fridays. In the courtyards, the old pools have been replaced with shaded turf, which is really nice for various types of events or simply having a space for kids to run around. Restaurant menu items average about $20. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay again, but I probably would not attend the Zumba class again to avoid that unpleasant interaction."

"Gorgeous hotel! Walked in to a lovely scent throughout the property. The decor and atrium was gorgeous! Was a little nervous when we got off the elevator and our room was right there. Bedroom was far from the door and had separate door to close so we didn’t hear elevator at all. Bartender was friendly and fun. Would stay here again!"

"First of all. I will stay at this location on future visits to the Phoenix area. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff that I encountered were pleasant and business professional. The swimming pool, though maintained is my only beef. Geez it's open to the blazing Arizona sun but not a deal breaker. My room was comfortable but the sofa was a little worn. Would I stay in the same room again. YES. I didn't use the kitchen items and never opened the cupboards. I'm sure everyone has their opinion about the facility but I was only there for two nights on this my first visit and I was comfortable with all persons contacted while there. Please remember everyone has an opinion about conditions they encounter when lodging. I've been to Asia, Australia, many places in Great Britain, Europe and Mexico. Lodging is different everywhere and my expectations have varied. I was truly surprised at the wonderful conditions here. Yes breakfast was all carbs, a no go for me, I got over it real fast and appreciated the price I paid for lodging. What's to cry about there are many eating places in walking distance. I could go on but it will only be boring to someone. It's not a bad place. It's clean, has good and pleasant employees and convenient to Biltmore Area. If you don't like the facility you could always check out and pay a lot more somewhere else."

"First time in Phoenix and loved location of this hotel. Clean, bright, and inviting. Great little lobby, terrace with tons of seating. Room was clean and super quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lighting was a bit dim in the room. Would stay again!"

"The room was clean; however, this is my second stay at this property where i was unable to enjoy a bath. The firat time, i forgave because they were remodeling. The second time was due to a broken plug. The staff responded quickly, but were unable to repair it. The staff offered to move us to a different room, but my disabled husband was already settled in. Also, the air conditioner kept shutting off during the night. I basically paid over $700 for a defective room."

"Honestly, this stay would have gotten a much better review had they not kept part of my deposit and at least offered me some sort of a refund on part of my stay. We had to use our hotspots the entire time we were there because none of the televisions worked the entire time due to their internet service. We followed all of their check-out processes and even washed and folded all of the towels except what was used the morning we left and the still kept some of our deposit. Kind of crazy if you ask me when we paid a cleaning fee and they didn’t have to clean anything but the beds and a small load of towels. "
