The hotel was in a good location. Room was a good size. Our only complaint was the the room was a non-smoking room and the minute you walked in you smelled cigarette. The pillows seemed to have held unto the smell.

The room was not in good shape, the curtain was ripped and the shampoo dispenser was off the wall. The bathroom door was too close to the toilet seat and same for the bedroom door that is too close to the bed. The design of the room wasn’t that great. The breakfast was good with more selections. The staff is helpful.

The rooms here feel like your not in a hotel but am apartment or home like feel.I appreciated the front room/kitchen area. Morning breakfast was filling,hot and prepared with a personal touch. Someone always there to help.Ran out of coffee one day but the coffee did have a great flavor for both of my day stays. Pool was warm and deep enough to get a good workout in. Towels were supplied and were ample. The only surprise I had was a very large bug in the living room,which I took care of but I feel a norm in Arizona. Parking was easy and well light. Location of establishment is central making access to the city easy and effecient.

Amazing Staff, Great Facilities, and Excellent Location! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, and our room was very comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing. Has a full kitchen (no oven). Breakfast was great. The location is also very convenient, right across from Whole Foods Market, which was a big plus. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. A++++++

The room was excellent—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pool was also great and kept very clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection and a delicious way to start the day. The only downside was having to walk up three flights of stairs, which could be difficult if you’re traveling with luggage or have mobility concerns. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Homewood suites always deliver on great breakfasts, polite and helpful staff. We have stayed at properties in Phoenix, Tucson, and Durango and the comfort at each one is the same so we will continue to look for them wherever we travel to.

The stay was great, hotel staff very kind and accommodating, the hotel and room were clean and quiet. My only complaint was the ‘gym’ it might be the worst hotel gym I’ve ever seen. It’s about the size of a closet and one of the three machines were broken.
