"They are renovating. Only one restaurant open. It’s their bar in the main lobby. They have patio furniture outside. You can order food there and eat. We were placed in the older building. The rug, couch in the room was dirty. Room needed updated. A lot of construction going on. "

"No ice machine, sofa bed too small, no blankets for sofa bed, need more set of towels. The pool area had no towels, front desk staff stated they are washing some and will be done in 20 minutes. Went back after 20 minutes and still no towels. No room service. Not a good stay"

"This place is NOT at all like advertised. We checked in around 6pm, the side gates to property were propped open which is a safety concern. The elevator was broken and our room was on the 4th floor. Upon opening the door to our room it was apparent that the room was not ready for us, actually it may have just been vacated or someone may have been in the bathroom! We went back to the lobby to check out and look for somewhere safe and clean to stay. "

"Amenities were great and mattress was good"

"The room and the grounds were wonderful. We had one of the cottages for an overnight. The refrigerator did not work and we noticed it too late thus our food was spoiled. The ac in the front part of the cottage did not work. After i informed mgmt at checkout they said they will look into it. "

"Homewood suites always deliver on great breakfasts, polite and helpful staff. We have stayed at properties in Phoenix, Tucson, and Durango and the comfort at each one is the same so we will continue to look for them wherever we travel to. "
