"The bar top could be cleaner. The corners of the showers could be cleaner. There were several strans of hair in the shower. The toilete paper should have been replaced. It was half used. "

"It was an eight day stay, and I needed to do laundry. There’s a total of two washers and two dryers for the entire property. The machines only take quarters versus credit cards. You have to go to the Front Desk to get quarters because there’s no coin machines next to the washing machines. However, the Front Desk will only give you quarters if you have cash. I don’t travel with cash. It was in an entire ordeal just to do one load of laundry. Homewood suites is a Hilton property, certainly down market from Embassy suites, but they have credit cards attached to their washing and drying machines. You would think Embassy suites would have their act together."

"The room smelled, multiple things in the room were in disrepair, and it just didn’t seem very clean. Thankfully white sheets were okay to sleep in. No complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Only stayed for the night because my car broke down around the corner. Would never stay at a place like this in any other circumstance."

"First of all. I will stay at this location on future visits to the Phoenix area. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff that I encountered were pleasant and business professional. The swimming pool, though maintained is my only beef. Geez it's open to the blazing Arizona sun but not a deal breaker. My room was comfortable but the sofa was a little worn. Would I stay in the same room again. YES. I didn't use the kitchen items and never opened the cupboards. I'm sure everyone has their opinion about the facility but I was only there for two nights on this my first visit and I was comfortable with all persons contacted while there. Please remember everyone has an opinion about conditions they encounter when lodging. I've been to Asia, Australia, many places in Great Britain, Europe and Mexico. Lodging is different everywhere and my expectations have varied. I was truly surprised at the wonderful conditions here. Yes breakfast was all carbs, a no go for me, I got over it real fast and appreciated the price I paid for lodging. What's to cry about there are many eating places in walking distance. I could go on but it will only be boring to someone. It's not a bad place. It's clean, has good and pleasant employees and convenient to Biltmore Area. If you don't like the facility you could always check out and pay a lot more somewhere else."
