"The sheets were dirty when I arrived, there was nail polish on the bedsheet. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and on the sink as if someone had shaved and the bathroom was overall disgusting. The bathtub and shower was untouchable. There was an unknown black goo on the tile floor. The A/C unit reaked of smoke. Positive: the parking lot was well lit. It had a fridge and microwave in unit and a little sitting counter/nook area. There were no bed bugs that I saw. "

"The room was comfy and had a nice balcony with a view of the pool. Breakfast was pretty good too. Eggs, bacon, pancakes, French toast, coffee and juices. The hot tub is sort of hidden but we found it. The oool is really big and nice for swimming in."

"Only two lights worked in the room. One was on the other side of the room from the bed. The other one was the bathroom light with the fan. I had to take a shower with the lights off because I woke up with a headache not fun."

"After a long day from traveling from the UK. We were ready to relax. Hotel had no hot water to shower, the door lock was broken, the sheets and blankets had dried bloody snot all over. Definitely wasn’t washed. I saw two cockroaches walking across the bed, and the vending machine was out of order. It wasn’t an enjoyable stay but I was too tired to find something else. "

"The lobby is in renovation, no amenities like coffee or breakfast. The room said that should have coffee maker and hair dryer and had none."
