"Excellent helpful staff, clean rooms"

"Loved the mini fridge and microwave. The location was great. Right by several restaurants and bars. The “free” hotel parking in the structure is actually $15 per stay. Not much, but not free. Front desk didn’t tell us that at check in. Only at check out. The housekeeper that cleans your room is only by request. They won’t clean, restock, or make bed unless you ask. Pool area is small. I would stay here again because the location is great. And now that I have an understanding of how the place works I think the good far outweighs the bad!"

"I wanted to clean, safe, inexpensive and convenient place to stay while in Chandler for a few days. This motel fit the bill perfectly. I really liked that it was about a 12 minute walk into downtown Chandler for restaurants, etc."

"Room was spacious, loved the little divider between the 2 beds. The laundry room was a great convenience for us; it was very clean and well maintained. Everywhere we needed to go was close by. Grocery stores, lots of dining options, and freeway close for getting to our farther destinations."

"Was surprised to get an additional $27 “linen fee” at check in on top of the nightly price. Also, used the travel size shampoo left for guests and was shocked it was literally cut with water. Anything to cut corners I guess."
