"This is my 4th year in a row staying when I visit Phoenix. It’s a nice historic hotel that is located near the Convention Center. They keep this place very cleaned and maintained. The staff is wonderful and they remember me when I come back.
The only complaint I really have is that the pool wasn’t open. Something that would have been lovely to have on hot July days in Arizona. "
"Nice, clean, rather plain hotel close to downtown and Chase Field.
Staff was friendly and attentive. No parking or pool, but a nice workout area.Be aware you must valet park at $45/day extra to the hotel cost."
