"Absolutely terrible!!! This was our first impression for a "supposed" to be night stay in Southern France. We arrived at this hotel at 12pm hoping for an early check-in. Well the surprise was on us... it was vacant. I used my Rewards for a one night stay here and it was not even an available hotel. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and went back for a possible checkin at 4:30 in the evening, and still vacant. The pool was disgusting, the grounds unkept, it was just a disaster. Terrible...

This place is an unmissable experience with comfortable beds and absolutely stunning décor. The terrace, whether in the evening at the bar or in the morning over breakfast, has a rustic charm steeped in history that captures the beauty of this region. The food is delicious too at the restaurant Solus Locus. Arnaud, the owner, is friendly and welcoming. This is the sort of place you’d like to keep to yourself, yet at the same time you hope it will be around for a long time to come. We’ll be back...

Beautiful location, and grounds. Charming buildings and excellent place to have dinner and take in the view. Food and food service were top notch. The decks on the suite are a fantastic place to relax after a day of exploring with sweeping views with a lot character. The staff were all very helpful (exception of one preoccupied with personal phone so as to forget about our request for drinks to be delivered to poolside, got remedied after the second visit to front desk 30 minutes later). ...

The hotel location is nice. Hotel is so beautiful. We love it. Had a nice stay. So close (walking distance) to Avignon train station. We can take the train to go to Avignon TvG. The hotel is built long time ago. But pretty clean. The square outside the hotel has little tour cars. They take you for a 15 minutes tour ride for 0.50 euro per person. We got to see the whole city. The streets in Avignon are so narrow, only these little tour cars can drive through. We had a great time
