"The carpets need to be upgraded. One wing of the hotel appears to have water damage and there were fans out. There was a distinct odor that I had a hard time figuring out what it was. I was nervous that it might be an odor due to mold, but convinced myself that it was cleaning chemicals."

"Great hotel. Clean room and bathroom. Big screen TV. Safe parking location inside. Front desk personnel friendly and helpful. Room service was all plastic and paper but good food. Not sure if because it was Sunday night they didn't use real plates and silverware. Great place to stay!"

"It’s a decent hotel. However for the almost $500 a night it was not worth that. It’s a little outdated. The shower was not the best. The $30 breakfast was decent. The staff were very nice."

"First time in DC. Missed our hotel shuttle because they didnt tell me there was a specific place to stand. Waited an hour. Got to the hotel and the lady at the desk was so nice. The hotel was beautiful, nice room. Everything was good UNTIL the morning shower. Hair was already wet when I realized there wasnt any shampoo.....The front desk said there wasn't anyone to bring shampoo but I could come down and get some......get down there and it turns out they ONLY HAD conditioner to give me....this place was a 10 star for me until that happened."

"The staff is top notch and really go the extra mile. The food in the restaurant was superb. I enjoyed an omelet made with fresh ingredients every morning in addition to their many other breakfast selections. They have something for everyone, which is a struggle for me at some locations with celiac’s disease. "
