Welcome to our lovely Armidale Homestay

Whether you are coming as a small or large group, we are fully equipped to welcome you and make your time in Armidale comfortable and enjoyable.

Our home is filled with natural light, large windows, vaulted cielings on the top floor, and a cozy wood fireplace and outdoor dining. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms, 2 living areas offering plenty of space for everyone to relax.

Open-plan living area, with the kitchen, dining, split cycle heating and cooling, fireplace and laundry

Bedroom 1: Carpeted, queen bed
Bedroom 2: Carpeted, twin single beds
Bedroom 3: Largest ground floor room, tiled, with a double bed, private garden access & a small pet door

First Floor
Bright and airy living space with vaulted windows
East & West-facing balconies
An open activity area (a single fold-out sofa can be set up here if needed)
Bathroom 3: Shower & toilet
Bedroom 4: Queen bed
Bedroom 5: A queen bed with a walk-in wardrobe

Outdoor Space
A lovely dining area with an 8-seater table and BBQ
A fully fenced backyard, great for children and pets to explore safely

Two backyard access points
A small pet door in Bedroom 3
