"Hi, good morning during my stay the power went off through the whole entire hotel power did not come back until 11 o’clock in the morning. I would like to be reimbursed for that day if possible."

"The room was nice except for the carpet. The HUGE issue we had was we could hear our neighbors talking and doing the nasty…yes!! Twice!! They kept us awake until after 2:00 am so we got very little sleep. The walls are obviously too thin. I have never been subjected to hearing what we heard in the next room."

"The shower/tub was filthy. If I took a shower, I feel would come out dirtier than when I went in. Beds lumpy, window to outside did not shut all the way. Smelled like weed throughout the property."

"The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and beds were comfortable. The issue is when we arrived, our room was open but we didn’t immediately notice anything amiss. We assumed that it was the cleaning crew that just finished, but after being in the room for awhile we found a man hiding in the shower with the shower curtain closed. Upon finding this stranger in our room, we asked him to leave. Afterwards staff moved our room and there were no further issues. We were disappointed that there wasn’t any kind of discount for this issue, and likely will not stay at this location again. There could’ve been a major safety risk, especially because we had our children staying with us. Families beware of this hotel! "
