"The room was great and the restaurant in there was fantastic. The outside of the hotel is beautiful- front lobby is as well. Hotel is clean, but some things are outdated. Indoor pool area was okay. Hot tub was extremely hot- almost too hot to sit in. Outdoor pool area was closed which was a bummer. Best part of our stay was two employees who went above and beyond to make our stay that much better. Lauren- helped us to get right room where we all had ample space and even brought us extra blankets. She was super helpful throughout our stay! And secondly, Will was always there to valet our car for us or answer any questions we had:)) such a knowledgeable fellow! If we ever go to Nashville again, this is where we will stay- just out of downtown and close enough to still get to where we want to go! "

"We appreciated that the hotel was recently renovated with tasteful and modern upgrades. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was satisfactory. During our last night at the hotel, we had challenges with parking due to a large conference. But since it was our last night, it wasn't a big issue for us. Prior to that we found parking to be adequate. Overall, the hotel was a great value for a 4-night stay. "

"It was so dirty and stinky that we left early just get out of the place. Felt like we had to shower the feeling of dirtiness off of ourselves after we left. We even skipped breakfast because of it. Staff was pleasant though."

"It was not disclosed beforehand that we would have to pay for parking. Also I called ahead ( they day of arrival) to ask if their were laundry facilities available. They said yes, but when we arrived they were out of order"

"This hotel is so close to the airport. We stayed because we had an early flight out. The restaurant was very good. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. This hotel is very clean. I would definitely stay again."
