"Such a lovely B & B. The hosts are so sweet. We had the Peaches & Cream room which was beautifully decorated. There is a full kitchen available to the guests & a French press, whole bean coffee & grinder in the room along with a fridge. Just be aware, if you want breakfast, you need to let the hosts know ahead of time & it’s $20/per person. I will say it was well worth it! The breakfast was delicious!"

"We liked the quiet atmosphere. The history of the Inn is so interesting. Emma was a wonderful hostess. Only one thing, we like a bar of soap for bathing and none was provided. Seems like such a little thing, but we have noticed several establishments have stopped providing. "

"Very pet friendly, which is important to us, given that we have two dogs. Alan Webb, the host, has a cockatoo, which the dogs loved and which we loved also. Good proximity to the Skyline Drive, Charlottesville, and the White Oak Canyon trail in the Shenandoah National Park. Good breakfasts and good amenities in the room, with Keurig coffee maker, flat screen tv with streaming, and good wi-fi."

"This was the perfect house to stay in while visiting Shenandoah National Park. Only a short drive from one of the entrances, it made our day trips to the park much more manageable (with a baby and two dogs!). Loved the trees and the stream behind the house. Also, we forgot a few things after we left and were told immediately by the host, who offered to ship them for us. SO kind and appreciated. Overall, 5 stars. "Cabin was great, was a little concerned about the road in but it wasn’t a problem. Location to park and hikes good, luray caverns, James Madison home also worth seeing. 5 deer out the back window on Saturday. Thanks for the new deck and steps. 😊. Only suggestion would be we had salt and no pepper and no charcoal for the grill. Beds are old and we ended up using two but all in all a fun cabin. "
