"Really enjoyed my stay. Excellent hotel situation for me once located.
Hotel and room very clean, loved the room and balcony.
However I found the mattress uncomfortable as were the meager pillows.
The forwarded information , how to access keys were incorrect and had to wait for the establishment to forward correct info whilst standing around outside, that was stressful. Eventually once I settled in my stay was on the whole really enjoyable ."

Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich .Die Anlage war noch besser als erwartet . Zu Unternehmungen ist es nicht weit . Entspannung und Ausgehen sind nur 10 min voneinander entfernt ."

The place was spacious and clean, the pool was great and the ambiance relaxing.
The check in process was long though and only one staff member one the sink a little blocked. But overall a comfortable 4* experience for the stay."
"This is a hidden gem in the middle of Las Americas. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants but is really quiet and peaceful. Staff are attentive and eager to please, nothing is too much trouble. We will be back to stay here again. "

Il personale molto serio e disponibile. La zona comune è molto comoda e attrezzata di tutto per eventuale colazione,pranzo ,cena. "

"4 nights booked at short notice. Hotel was very clean, staff were extremely helpful and smiled. Fantastic location within easy reach of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Wouldnt hestitate to rebook.
