"Pros: Eigentlich hatten wir nicht geplant diesen Teil der Insel zu besuchen, aber aus der Not heraus kamen wir zu dieser Wohnung und es hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Direkt nebenan ist der Strand. Ein Steinstrand, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Es finden sich dort schöne Felsformationen und am Felsen beim Hafen kann man sehr schön schnorcheln. Circa 10 Fußminuten entfernt findet sich der Ort mit kleinem Supermarkt und vielen tollen...

"Pros: The apartment was in a great location, perfectly situated for all amenities. Bars, restaurants, beaches all within easy reach. Bus stop outside to explore all the surrounding areas.
The apartment was very well equipped with everything you would need. Large terraces front and back, very quiet complex, very clean and well maintained.
Cons: We only had one key for the security gates, we could’ve done with two.
There is no safe in the apartment.

"Pros: La limpieza y la ubicación.
Cons: En la piscina teniamos música , no muy alta, y vi o un propietario de muy malas formas muy maleducado. Creo que le falta una zona donde podamos oír música, bailar y pasarlo bien. Somos personas de 50 años, o sea que no sería un escándalo. De resto muy bien todo."

"Minhal came to the apartment to show us around on arrival. The apartment itself has everything anyone could ask for and there were also many extras like tea coffee etc. toothpaste and sunblock laid on. Attention to detail is very helpful. During our stay we had a minor maintenance problem which was sorted out in double quick time and resolved for us.The apartments complex is ideally situated in Oasis del Sur within easy proximity to many fabulous restaurants and leisure amenities. "Pros: Lo que más destacamos es el trato del anfitrión. Siempre atento, amable y pendiente de que no nos faltara nada. Hemos viajado con nuestro hijo pequeño y nos ha dado muchísimas facilidades, algo que valoramos muchísimo.
El apartamento estaba impecable, muy limpio, cómodo y cuidado al detalle. La piscina es una maravilla y el ambiente muy tranquilo para descansar y disfrutar en familia.

"We have just returned from a fantastic week at Dreams Jardín Tropical and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic. The location is perfect, close enough to the marina, shops, and restaurants, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We stayed as Preferred Club guests, which added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. The exclusive lounge, dedicated areas, and enhanced service made our stay feel even more special. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout the week. The food exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive resort. There was a great variety of high-quality options at every meal, and we enjoyed every restaurant we tried. Breakfast overlooking the ocean was a particular highlight. The drinks selection was also excellent, with premium options available and attentive service throughout the resort. The pool areas are beautiful, especially the iconic lagoon-style pool overlooking the sea. There were always plenty of comfortable sunbeds available, and the atmosphere was relaxed without ever feeling crowded. What really made the holiday stand out was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a wonderful stay."

After a few days you do start to notice it’s getting a bit tired in places and could do with a bit of a refresh. The pool(s) are fantastic, not sure about the other comments re being able to get sunbeds all the time - if you arnt down before 9 you’re going to struggle."

"We’ve been staying at the Santa Barbara for many years, and have written about it before. It’s still a lovely place to stay if you want the freedom of an apartment and don’t want to be too close to the main resorts. Whilst the hotel isn’t your normal all-inclusive, the staff are excellent, and the hotel itself is situated right next to a beautiful rugged coastline. The area is quiet, but there are plenty of places to eat and some charming villages, such as Los Abrigos and El Medano. Highly recommended"

"We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and honestly could not fault a thing. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and has a fun, stylish atmosphere throughout. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, and every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming. A special mention has to go to Fra (Ramones), who made such a positive impact on our holiday. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, showed us to our room, explained everything we needed to know about the hotel, provided useful contact numbers, and gave us great tips about the local area. Every time we saw him throughout our stay, he always stopped to say “Hello family” and ask how our day had been. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he genuinely took the time to make guests feel valued. He works incredibly hard and is a real credit to the hotel. We hope he receives the recognition he deserves. We also loved all the activities around the pool, especially the volleyball and netball games in the afternoons. There was always someone nearby to take drink orders, which made relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable. The entertainment was excellent every evening and added to the fantastic atmosphere. We had zero issues during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Thank you to everyone at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife for making our holiday so special. We are already looking forward to coming back!"

"Location, location, location… The Cleopatra Palace beachfront when you come up the steps to the exit and the beautiful sea views.. Met by staff at check in - champagne offered, room ready 2 hours early, escorted to our room. Very classy. Pool area is awesome, breakfast excellent, rooms a little dated but a wonderful stay.
