This also happened to us in July at Barceló Mexico. They phoned us later to confirm the bill had been paid but we did not need that stress! Room was clean but no tissues and mini bar not re stocked even with water, you have to pre book breakfast and dinner every day using the app which is a pain. Bed comfortable and good shower, clean towels...
