"Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel."

"Food was fresh and good selection. It get a bit repetitive but only what you would expect with all inclusive. Room was spotless! Pool a bit small and sometimes crowded but it was peak season. I would recommend this place to friends and family. That walk home up the hill is a killer on the calf muscles..."
