"The layout and size of the rooms were good, as was the location of the apartments. Free parking nearby too. But (and this is a very large but) - there's no air conditioning in the Paraiso del Sol Apartments! And there are a limited number of fans if you are lucky enough to get one at all. Truth be told, I assumed most buildings in a sub tropical place like Tenerife would have air conditioning, just like most buildings in Ireland have a heating system. But not the Paraiso del Sol. "Friendly staff, grounds tidy. Large apartment for two of us with sitting area and a balcony overlooking the pool. Excellent value for money based on what we paid for a winter break. Food was probably the weakest part of the stay. It's OK but not much more than that. We enjoyed the fact the pool area was quiet and no one was reserving sunbeds. We had a great stay. "
