There was no soft play area as shown in the images on your website therefore it left my small kids with no entertainment. The games room was also subpar as the arcade games was not working. "Negatives-Terrible noise pollution from nearby pubs & clubs until 5am. Our rooms 333 & 334 suffered damp bedding due to faulty air conditioning throughout our stay this also caused a musty smell and black mold was present around the unit and our room especially the bathroom-We quickly became ill. Some reception staff are quite rude and dismissive and don’t want to help resolve the issues, denying or using excuses for any issues we faced instead of trying to rectify them.
