"Staff not overly nice or helpful"

"Hotel in an excellent position opposite the beach. Room was spacious as was the balcony and with plenty of seats. Pool area is very good with plenty of sun beds although there are still ‘bed bookers’ Breakfast catered for all tastes being extensive. Although there did not appear to be a restaurant in the Cleopatra, the 3 restaurants in the Mediterranean Palace are available for Cleopatra guests. Not expensive and with 20% discount very reasonable, not busy and good food. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you"

"Only downside is the hotel does not have any facilities for example a shower room for guests who cannot get a late checkout and have a late flight home. Overall the hotel was good."

"We had an amazing view, clean apartment, only complaint was bed, had 2 separate mattress toppers and mine kept sliding and hang over edge so i felt as though I was at an angle or failing out. .but otherwise absolutely fantastic and value for money. "
