I do not have any complaint about this place. I would love to go back to this place when I have a chance to go to Los Cristianos again.
This isn't a luxury hotel, but this had everything. Nice view, great amenities, two bottles of water and a scone and nice staffs. Best part was the breakfast buffet. I have been traveling a lot recently, and the breakfast here was so far the best.
Overall, I was very satisfied and would like to recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely hotel, high on the hills... it's a pretty short walk to town, about a half hour to the beach. Great views and nice pools, also they do activities like bowling tourneys and the like. It's all Brits there, loud drinkers at night and they want to fight.. otherwise very peaceful and restful. Some cockroaches as in most seaside places; very big and clean rooms though.

Lily, the concierge, was very helpful in suggesting an excellent restaurant. This is a no frills hotel, nicely located near the ferry, has really good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. I would stay here again if I were passing through.

Staff was fantastic and accommodating, rooms weee spectacular and they upgraded us without me asking because I asked for a balloon in the room for my girlfriends birthday. Short walk into town along the coast with tons of nice beaches and restaurants... with a short walk from the crazy party scene... would stay here again
