zeer mooi recent appartment, afgewerkt met hoogstaande toestellen en materialen. Zeer goede geluidsisolatie. zicht op zee en (nu) op publiek pleintje (in afwerking). Zeer goede zetels en stoelen op een groot terras. Spijtig dat er (nog) geen zonnewering was op het terras, want zon schijnt rechtstreeks op terras en dan te warm. zetels in het appartement minder confortabel. Ook wat meet borden zou aangewezen zijn.
