"Lovely spot, great staff, rooftop was brilliant. Housekeeping was the only disappointing part - had to ask for things to be replaced, had some hairs left in the bathroom when it was cleaned (I’m bald!) and never had any bottled water. "

Location is 10/10... legit right on the beach Arpoador.
Security - very safe. They are super strict after 11pm... have to show your face to a camera to unlock the door and any visitors not on the reservation have to check in at front desk and show ID/passport.
Room - very nice and modern. Clean, nice showers.
Front desk was very helpful with activities such as helicopter tour and how to get to sugarloaf and christ.
Breakfast was delicious and nice buffet.
I am staying here next Rio visit, no doubt!!"

The food was way better than most 5 star hotels, super unique dishes with lots of flavor. The team was so friendly and spoke good English.
