More so the restaurant staff truly hit the mark making our stay amazing—Moumita- Assisrant food Bev manager was so accommodating and made anything we liked.. truly amazing. They even made a cake and scribbled bonvoyage on plate. Such a great touch! They also had best toilet paper in India. Everywhere else paper was so hard. Theirs was so soft."

"The property was beautiful and I had a nice window view for myself and my girlfriend. The food was excellent and the kitchen staff were so kind, approachable, and we had actually come to a point of befriending them as they were familiar with us and our preferred orders. The room was ALWAYS kept clean, and hotel staff were accommodating to ALL of our needs. I would absolutely recommend."

"Overall Experience was not at all Good because first of all Check in was not at all smooth we have to wait for 30 Mins to get our rooms and after 30 mins i have got 1 Room and 1 room after 30 Mins and staff was not at all good and coperative and Later We have visited pool and the pool tiles were broken and we got injury as well. And Service is third class. Buttler comes after 30 Mins ice and glass comes after 30 mins and air conditioning, fridge is too old in the rooms. We have booked ultra luxury room but we are not at all satisfied as we have paid 15k approx and the room doesnt have a good views as well. The room approx cost 7.5k Max and breakfast got over 15 mins before and no hospitality nothing. I have stayed in more than 50 plus 5 star luxury properies i will never recommend you to stay here. The rooms were perfect and we had very relaxing stay. Only thing missing was foot rest for the chair. It would have been super with that."
