Lovely house on the side of the hill. Just three rooms. We were very well fed and very well taken care of by the owner and her family. I loved being able to sit out and look at the mountains and hear the river down below. Very hard to find though. Make an effort to be sure you have clear specific directions to the house before you arrive.

All hotels was fully booked in Pau, found this nice hotel in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Stayed for 5 nights. Basic but very clean rooms, good wi-fi and work desk allowed for effective work at the hotel.

Difficult to find hotel from nearby in town. Lovely room, nice view from balcony, staff very friendly. Easy walk to centre ville. Only comment about room is shower curtain or barrier would be helpful, but otherwise room and b bathroom were lovely.

What a wonderful place! This chateau has been lovingly restored back to its former glory by the current owners with modern elements and artwork incorporated. We had one of the largest rooms in the house and could only marvel at the details the owners had thought of in the restoration. The room was extremely comfortable lacking nothing. The property is located on the hillside above Argeles-Gazost. Quiet, serene beauty surrounds you. The rooms are lovely. The amenities include a lap-pool, hot-tub, and sauna. The host, Anne, takes loving care of her guests….Individually cooked breakfast, assistance with dinner reservations, recommendations of local sites to see, and a truly delightful person! Don’t doubt her suggestions — we thoroughly enjoyed everything she encouraged us to try or do!

The first thing I have to mention is the excellent staff. Every one of them was polite, attentive and helpful and communicated well in spite of the language barrier. I didn’t speak a word of French but they did their best to communicate in English and they did a great job. Garden and City has lots of common spaces to hang around after a hard day of hiking. Cozy chalet, very nicely renovated and perfectly equipped, with beautiful restaurant / reception area - we visited in the winter but would also love to see it in the summer! Great for families or groups of friends. Well situated.

Old historic home, run by a charming old lady. It belonged to Pierre Laclède, founder of Saint Louis (Missouri). It has remained in the family ever since. Excellent (continental) breakfast included in the very low price. The village of Bedous is charming and there are at least three quite decent restaurants.

The owner was FABULOUS! Very friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious, clean and charming. Aruby was is a beautiful village. I will definetly go back next year.

We had a wonderful stay and the service really stood out. From the moment we arrived, Fernando greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
