"The hotel is very quaint and was the perfect location for our event during the Eureka Springs Corvette Show. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and happy to assist when needed. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, in any hotel. Lots of fluffy pillows and extra blankets were available, if needed. The bath towels are large and very absorbent. The fire pit, sauna and cold plunge were awesome as well. The shower area is rather small and the hot water temperature could be a tad warmer. My only significant complaint centered around the main lodge area where the coffee is served. Since most rooms do not come equipped with coffee makers, guests must go over to the lodge’s office to get coffee. They advertise as being open at 0700 each day, which is a bit late for those of us who are early risers, but in reality, the office opens at 0700 and then it takes the staff another 10 to 15 minutes to brew the first pot of coffee. If coffee hours are advertised as being open at 0700 that should mean coffee is ready to be served to customers. This morning my husband went to grab a cup of coffee at 730 and the office wasn’t even open. So while almost everything else exceeded our expectations, the frustration over this coffee issue every morning was a big negative for us."

"It was a busy weekend in Eureka Springs. The annual Corvette meet was in town and every hotel was full. We, a group of 4 couples came to ride motorcycle with 4 trucks, 4 trailers and our bikes. Parking in Eureka is challenging at the best of times and yet, the hotel allowed us to park creatively. No breakfast but excellent lobby coffee and a muffin was on offer. The pool was awesome and the rooms well appointed. It is an older property but a great stay. Service is outstanding. Thank you"

"The staff was personalble and professional. The amenities are excellent; however, the furnishings in the rooms are dated and need TLC. The food was excellent. The most notable deficiency was the fire alarms and subsequent lack of communication and action from the staff which was lacadasical at best and lead to unresponsiveness from guest."

"It was lovely! Beautiful scenery, quiet, and we couldn't have felt more at home! Close to Silver Dollar City, and eat/drink options. LOVED the little eatery on site - but BELIEVE the reviews when they say it gets BUSY. Worth the wait. We will def be back!"

"Room was very clean and nice. Spacious and comfortable. Easy check in and out. If there is anything negative noticed is only that the outside of the building needed a power wash due to algie but it could be scheduled already. Overall great stay!"

"The staff was great. They made sure everything was done from lighting fire pits to making sure nothing was needed in our room. There were no major issues, just needed a curtain rod repaired. It’s a beautiful place to stay, just be sure to get the lake view rooms. Very convenient to Thunder Ridge Nature Arena and Branson."

"We used this property for 3 nights. Check in was fast and great ! Hosts were great to work with. The property is on the older side, needs a little upkeep. . We had a good time and will use it again. For what we needed it was good. I do recommend."
