"Nowhere online does it tell you this hotel is under construction the outdoor pool was closed down the lazy river was the only thing open the rooms are clean but it is not an up-to-date facility the hallway is or definitely a three out of five not a place I would want my kids to run around barefoot"

"Room was clean. I couldn't get 2 extra blankets though when needed. Person at front desk told me I could they would call my room when ready, but later called and said there weren't any available. Never stayed at a hotel where I couldn't get an extra blanket. I was a bit upset about that. They did try to accommodate me to the best of their abilities by giving me extra sheets but I was still a bit disappointed. The pools/pool areas were great. Great atmosphere as well. I went during Spring break so it was a bit noisy. Unattended teens/kids running up and down the hallways screaming and making ALOT of noise, but other than that everything was great. I would stay here again, and definitely would reccomend to family and friends! You get your money's worth. "

"Well they offered breakfast for an additional fee so we opted out and decided to eat out every morning. For the same price as Four Points we were able to enjoy classic diner breakfast. "

"The staff was excellent VERY friendly and helpful…enjoyed the breakfast,( might want to add some more fruit to the menu) ….however the phone system to call down to the front desk was not working for 3 days. If you needed something you had to literally go down to the front desk. And the most disappointing thing was the pool and hot tube was not working. This is one of the main reasons that I booked this hotel. To use the pool and relax by the pool side.. No one was permit in the pool area. Overall I enjoyed the room, things happen but I was very disappointed by the pool situation. I would stay again. "
