Beautiful location near the lake and the museums. hotel breakfast was great too - lots of selection and plenty of seating space, despite being very busy. "

It's also a short walk (about .3 miles?) to where you can take the funicular to the top of the mountain. Our room was clean and comfortable and we were very happy with our stay here."

"Location! Location! Location! Perfect location on the wharf across from Bryggen and seeing that view was priceless every time. The only thing that was not so great is the location of our room, we have to pass a utility area but the room is decent and window views reminded us of Peterpan movie. Very European and old architecture that we love."
