"One of the best places we stayed at. It’s a self service hotel with no personal contact except for breakfast. But you are able to contact anyone if needed. The room was amazing, clean and spacious. There is sitting area next to breakfast room that can be accessed 24 hours with free coffee, tea and water. They do have snacks, soft drink, beer and wine that can be bought through an app. It has many restaurants in walking distance and is the perfect location if you are visiting Stoos ridge and Rigi Mountain. Really recommend this place."

"The only problem I ran into was climate control. In the suites, the least expensive option, climate control is centralized. My room was hot and I could not sleep with any covers because of the heat. There was no way to cool the room down since The climate control is centralized for all suites."
