"Great location, just 10 minute walk to town. Hotel is clean, comfortable, convenient. Staff is nice, although hardly saw the same person twice in 4 days. A lot of large tour groups staying there so the lobby and breakfast can be a bit crowded and noisy. Would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room. "

"Valet parking is a must as parking anywhere in town is a crap shoot. Breakfast was decent and the location is excellent. We had a Mountain View with partial lake views. We didn’t feel like we were missing out as we didn’t spend much time in our room."

"Exceptional and friendly staff. Cabin was new and bright. We didn't use any of the other facilities. The shuttle to town was a huge plus and efficiently run by the staff. This booking did not have a cancellation option. Our sole purpose was to meet overseas friends, however, they had flights cancelled due to the Middle East conflict. I expected a discretionary refund under the circumstances but it was not forthcoming. We therefore ,had to use the accommodation but would not book Top10 again without a cancellation option. "
