"Yes there is a bumpy 15 minute ride from the main road but the pay off is a tranquil environment to relax at Kili Villa. Our room had a lovely outlook to the gardens where local fauna and birds did their thing. The staff were welcoming and courteous, and the food was delicious. Perhaps the experience could have been improved with better communication about food and drink options when we arrived (with an explanation card). There are no other options for F&B in the area (aside from the golf club)...

"I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said itā€™s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport itā€™s more money etcā€¦ I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. Itā€™s not the end of the world I just donā€™t get how itā€™s difficult to arrange transport"

It is just outside Arusha and so much quieter and clean air, there is a lawn and pool and tables to relax and socialize while taking in a great view of Mt Meru and all the birds.
