"It was a really nice experience, room was warm with three heaters and also included heated beds. Had some beverage sachets such as hot choc, coffee machine. Included shower amenities with towels as well. Bathroom was clean and warm as well. "

"I booked this hotel from 12 to 16 February but was forced to leave on 13 February due to the condition of the room. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable. After the room was “cleaned”, dirty cloths and sponges were left on top of the bathroom surfaces. The toilet was in very poor condition and the overall standard of the room was far below what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. I was also given a disabled-access toilet without requesting this or being informed beforehand. Because of these issues, I did not feel comfortable or safe staying and had to find alternative accommodation at short notice. I contacted support to request a refund for the unused nights and this was refused. I would not recommend this property to anyone who values basic cleanliness and hygiene."

"The rooms were lovely, the food hall and communal spaces were all very nice. The breakfast was pretty good, we just needed to ask if anything needed topping up after a busy morning rush, but the staff were always helpful and happy to do so!"

"Brand new hotel. Comfortable and clean room. We loved the design. Location very convenient for visiting the south coast of Iceland. Amazing views of the northern lights from the hotel (area is dark enough to see them really well). Breakfast was fairly simple in options but the quality of the available food was really good. Coffee could be improved. Would definitely stay here again!"
