"Location is great especially if you have a car. There is free parking which is great. It’s a nice a fantastic bakery which is handy and near all the motorways for easy daily day trips. Kitchen was great and while small very useful. We had a king bed and twin and they were cozy with the right firmness. Shower had great pressure and a hand shower which ladies appreciate. The sink is finicky and will spray water at you but that’s a small complaint. Tried to use the tv with iPhone and it wouldn’t work oh well. All in all lovely location and place to stay with easy check in using just a code sent to your email. Make sure you have access to the internet when you land. "

"The shuttle is two blocks from the hotel. Staff were very helpful! Breakfast is good and plentiful (not cheap but no food in Reykjavik is). Clean, and very quiet rooms . Best bed in 3 weeks! Worst disappointment was clouds during the Aurora!"

"We had a deluxe family room which was great and well designed. Everyone had a decent bed and there was loads of additional space so we had lots of room and didn't feel cramped at all. Had to hunker down one day due to weather and was all fine. The little forest by the Perlan was lovely in the snow. A little bit on the edge of town but worth it for everything else. "

"Lovely hotel in perfect location. Short walk into Reykjavik. We were pleased to be away from centre and to avoid potential noise late at night. Hotel staff were courteous and able to book our return journey to KEF airport. If we returned to Reykjavik we would certainly return to this hotel. Rooms were warm, we had room at rear of hotel overlooking garden area, away from traffic. "
