"The hotel is in the heart of what could be described as the Main Street of the touristic downtown area. Good location to access restaurants, stores, and not too far from bus stops. Being in the middle of everything in the middle of tourist season, we heard the crowd at night when they were rowdy. Thankfully that was not every night. The staff is excellent and very helpful. We received some very good recommendations for restaurants. The hotel was very clean and offered daily cleaning services....

"The hotel experience was overall very nice. The staff was helpful, room clean and comfortable. The two issues that I would have liked would have been better lighting in the room. At night, it was dark even with all lights on. The black out drapes were great for sleeping. Also I prefer room service for breakfast on some mornings. The Kook menu was ok for on the run but if you want fresh coffee in your room, I didn't see ordering room service from there. The restaurant menu on the main floor was fresh for breakfast."
