"We had a great one night stay. The hotel was a short walk from the station and we were able to check in as soon as we arrived as a room was ready. Room was lovely, a nice temperature. The breakfast was very good lots of choice. Staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a great position just a short walk to the centre. Would recommend."

"Great stay, staff are amazing and work so hard! Room was lovely despite a light which was on all night on the floor 🙈 anyway didn’t ruin our stay, lovely food at night and breakfast was plentiful! We will be back"

"Disappointing that room service had a hidden "tray charge" not detailed on the menu or room welcome letter. This was the only standout difference to other similar quality hotel brands where this is not a charge (or at least quoted on menu prices). Other than this, was a great stay. "
