"3 night stay for GB Masters at nearby The Belfry. Although the room did not have a refigerator, which was needed for medicines, one was very promptly delivwred and installed in our room. Made full use of the facilities with much needed swim afterspending all day on our feet following the golf. Very friendly and accomodating staff with nothing being too much. "Ground floor accommodation for the dogs so it was easy to take them out when they needed,dog friendly areas in the restaurant without having to eat in a bar area was nice, plenty of parking available, lovely leisure area, although the pool was cold - the boiler had broken down,but the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were great, and even though we were there for business meetings, I managed to squeeze in some pamper time, which was just lovely."

"There was hair in the bath so I could not have a shower but my partner still had a shower and then we checked out around 3 instead of the actual time which was 11 the staff was amazing very welcoming I would like to come again but I hope the room will be more clean when visiting as I did enjoy the pool and the garden"
