"My family enjoyed the space of having the three bedrooms and living room & kitchen area. But a few things really distracted from the stay. We started to make coffee in the coffee pot, which we appreciated, but it was dirty. When reported to staff, an employee was sent to our suite with a sponge filled with soap.? She walked in without knocking even tho a Do not Disturb sign was on the door. This employee was very unhappy that she was sent to clean a coffee pot which was not requested. By then we had already had our morning coffee after we cleaned the pot. It didn’t make any sense. The fan that was provided in one of the closets in the bedrooms did not work and was filthy with dust. (One family member stays warm all the time.) The temperatures were cold and there were no extra blankets in the closets. We went to staff to get another blanket and was given one stained very badly all over the blanket. It looked like something else other than red fruit juice. Overall the suite was a good place for us and very comfortable and clean."

"Almost a perfect stay. Upon arrival informed the staff that the bathroom mirror light was strobing. While they acknowledged that they would have some look into it, they never fixed it. Good think I am not prone to seizures. Made use of the bathroom uncomfortable when the light was on. "

"Everything was excellent as my answers indicate except for one thing: the television in our room was to the left of me bed. So when watching while in bed, you had to turn your head at an angle. After a while it was very uncomfortable to watch with your head turned."

"Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel was exactly what we paid for the room was very clean and the bed was super nice. The flatscreen tv was also nice"

"Wonderful staff, ambience and exciting location! However, hotel appears a bit ‘tired’ in certain areas (part of lobby, dining/bar decor, bedrooms (mattresses need upgrading). Otherwise, good value for money overall. R"
