"A very warm welcome from Connor on our arrival, we stayed in the seaside suite and it was lovely. Bright and airy with a separate (but adjoining) room for the kids and big bathroom, perfect for a relaxing soak. We had a slight misshap with our bathroom plumbing but Connor went above and beyond to fix it. Had one of the best sticky toffee puddings I've ever tasted at dinner (honesty, SO good!). "Very nice to find fresh milk in the fridge, thank you! Nice clean, quiet room with comfy bed. The only criticism is that the hot water supply was scalding. Dangerously hot, although there is a warning sign. Didn’t risk using the shower in case I couldn’t control the temperature so I managed without. Otherwise fine, thank you. "

"Set in beautiful private land, with fantastic views of the countryside and swimming lake, very warm and high quality private bathroom and hut. Great Hot tub looking at the stars, great veranda. "We had booked a boat on the Thames for my 50th birthday for bank holiday weekend.. two days before we were due to leave it was cancelled due to the rivers being on red alert.
