Similarly, there are neighbours some of whom can make some noise ( and so can you, so respect them ). Location is superb for link to metro. No shops in immediate vicinity, but 3 modest sized supermarkets one metro stop away @ Errandio.Residential area, unregulated car parking available, but might be difficult at times.
