Aspen Core Condo - Steps to Slopes & Dining

  • This cozy two-bedroom, one-bath condominium is perfectly located just 1.5 blocks from the base of Aspen Mountain's gondola and directly across the street from the grocery store. Aspen's world-class shopping and dining are right outside your door.

    The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi bathtub, washer and dryer, wireless internet, flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, and a designated off-street parking space. The primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds.

    Though compact, this thoughtfully designed unit is exceptionally comfortable and makes great use of the space. No pets allowed, and NO SMOKING in the condo or on the complex's grounds.

    Like many Aspen homes, this unit does not have air conditioning. Cooling units and fans are provided, and Colorado's cool summer evenings naturally help keep the home comfortable.
